We stand behind our products and want every customer to be satisfied. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both you and us. Because our products are digital files that are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed, our policy works differently depending on whether you have downloaded the product files.
If you purchased any LaunchOps product and have not yet downloaded or accessed the product files, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked. Email us with your order number and we will process it immediately.
If you have already downloaded or accessed the product files and something is not working as described, email us at work.troyh@gmail.com explaining the specific issue. We will either help you resolve the problem or issue a refund at our discretion. We built these kits to work, and if they do not work for you, we want to make it right. However, we cannot offer no-questions-asked refunds on products that have already been fully delivered and accessed.
Email us at work.troyh@gmail.com with your order number, the email address you used to purchase, and if you have already downloaded the files, a brief description of what is not working. We aim to respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days.
Once we approve your refund request, it typically takes 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests from accounts that show a pattern of repeated purchases and refunds, or that appear to be abusing this policy. This policy exists to protect genuine customers, and we intend to keep it generous.
